Day 1 : AIRPORT – NEGOMBO – CHILAW – DAMBULLA

- Meeting and assistance upon your arrival at BIA and you will betransferred to a resort in Negombo, freshen up and have breakfast thenleave the resort early to visit the sites.
- Later leave for Chilaw to visit Manavari Temple. The first lingaminstalled and prayed by Lord Rama and till date this lingam is called asRamalinga Shivan. Rameshwaram is the only other lingam in the worldnamed after Lord Rama.
- Also visit Muneshwaram. Lord Rama after his victorious battle, left forAyodhya in one of King Ravana’s Vimanas. He felt he was being followed by Bramahathi Dosham as he killed King Ravana who was a Brahmin. He stopped the Vimana at this juncture because he felt at this place the “Bramahathi Dosham” was not following him. He descended from the Vimana and asked God Shiva for a remedy. God Shiva blessed Lord Rama and Rama was advised to install and pray four lingams, one of the lingams is installed in this place.
- Visit Dambulla Cave Temple. Dambulla Cave Temple is the largest and best-preserved cave temple complex in Sri Lanka. The rock towers 160m over the surrounding plains. There are more than 80 documentedcaves in the surrounding area. Major attractions are spread over fivecaves, which contain statues and paintings. These paintings and statues are related to Gautama Buddha and his life. There are a total of 153 Buddha statues, three statues of Sri Lankan kings and four statues of gods and goddesses.
- The latter include Vishnu and the Ganesha. Arrive at the resort. Dinner & overnight stay at the resort
Day 2 : DAMBULLA – TRINCOMALEE

- After breakfast, check out the resort.
Visit Sigiriya Rock Fortress (the entrance fee is mentioned below).Sigiriya Rock Fortress is believed to be the palace of Ravana. - Later leave for Trincomalee. This atmospheric city is set amongst miles of golden-sand beaches, where visitors are few and a warm welcome isassured. Located on one of the world’s best natural harbors, the city was disputed by Dutch, Portuguese and British powers, and was the headquarters for the Allied forces in World War II. Now it is one of Sri Lanka’s most pristine tourist destinations, with Buddhist and Hindu
Temples set alongside churches and mosques. - Visit Koneshwaram Temple and Sri Lakshmi Narayana Perumal Vishnu
Temple. Koneshwaram Temple is located on a cliff that was built by
Rishi Agastya as per instructions of Lord Shiva who was impressed by
the devotion of King Ravana. It is said that Lord Rama built the second
lingam here to get rid of the Brahmahashi Dosham and you will also visit Sri Lakshmi Narayana Perumal Vishnu Temple. - Arrive at the hotel.
- Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 : TRINCOMALEE – KANDY

- After breakfast, check out and leave for Kandy.
- Visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic. It is believed that the Temple is home to one of the tooth relics of Lord Buddha.
- Kandy is also famous for shopping and you will have the opportunity of
browsing to your heart’s content. - You will be able to witness the Kandyan cultural dance show in the
evening which has a spectacular firewalking finale. - Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4 :KANDY – NUWARA ELIYA

- After breakfast, check out and leave for Nuwara Eliya.
- En route visit Shri Bhakta Hanuman Temple in Ramboda. Thistemple is dedicated to the God Hanuman and there is the tallestHanuman statue in Sri Lanka.
- As per the legend this is the location the God Hanuman had a rest while searching for Sita Devi. You can also have a great view of Ramboda Falls.
- Moving further also visit the Dambro Tea Processing factory and getindulged in the essence of world-famous Ceylon Tea. By evening reachNuwara Eliya.
- Visit Sita Amman Temple. This temple is the only Hindu temple that isdedicated to Sita Devi. The temple is located close to Ashoka Vatikanow it is a botanical garden that is called Hakgala Botanical Garden(the entrance fee is mentioned below). it is believed that the Sitadevi was kept in this area by King Ravana.
- Visit Divurumpola Temple. It is believed that Sita devi did AgniPariksha after the war to prove her purity in this place. There is aBuddhist temple which has paintings and statues related to the Ramayana.
- Later check in the hotel & relax.
- Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5 : NUWARA ELIYA – COLOMBO

- After breakfast, check out the hotel & you will be transferred to Colombo.
- Visit Kelaniya Temple. After King Ravana’s death, Vibhishana was coroneted as the King of Lanka by Lakshmana at Kelaniya. There aremurals enshrined outside the Buddhist temple depicting thecrowning of Vibhishana.
- The Kelani River is mentioned in the Valmiki Ramayana and Vibhishana’s palace was mentioned to be on the banks of he river. King Vibhishana is considered as one of the fourguardian Gods of Sri Lanka.
- Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 6 :COLOMBO – AIRPORT

- After breakfast, check out and visit Panchamuga Anjaneyar Temple.
This is the first Hanumana Temple in Sri Lanka and also the only
Panchamuga Anjaneyar Temple in Sri Lanka (it has a statue of God
Hanuman that has five faces). It’s the only temple in the world to
have a chariot for Anjaneyar. - Pass the scenic Galle face green and visit Gangaramaya temple (the
entrance fee is mentioned below). This is an important Buddhist
temple in Colombo, the temple’s architecture demonstrates an
eclectic mix of Sri Lankan, Thai, Indian, and Chinese architecture You can also spend time shopping in the nearby Pettah Floating
Markets. - You will be transferred to BIA for your return flight.
